Classes will be held on Saturdays beginning on May 10.  Morning weekday classes will begin on June 2.  Details can be found on the registration form.  For the classes beginning on May 10, please have your forms and payments turned in by May 5.

Class Sizes:
Levels 1 and 2 will have 1 instructor for every 3 children. Level 3 will have 1 instructor for every 5 children.  Level 4 and 5 will have 1 instructor for every 8 children.  Our student to instructor ratios meet or exceed the ratios recommended by the American Red Cross Learn to Swim program.

Swim lessons are based on the American Red Cross “Learn to Swim” program.  The following are the levels being offered:
Level 1: Introduction to Water Skills. Orientation to aquatic environment and skills (enter/exit pool, float, etc.) creates a sound foundation.
Level 2: Fundamental Aquatic Skills. Expand aquatic locomotion on front, back and side.
Level 3: Stroke Development. Develop confidence and competency in strokes and safety skills. Introduce butterfly.
Level 4: Stroke Improvement. Improve strokes. Introduce breaststroke and backstroke.
Level 5: Stroke Refinement. Refine all strokes. Introduce diving.
If you are not sure which level your child should be in, please take your best guess when filling out your form and add a note to the bottom.  We will talk to you about it at the start of swim lessons.

**The Mommy & Me class is designed for a toddler and an adult to be in the water together.  It requires a minimum of 4 registrations.  Please sign up early.
